Sonic Yoga is not just a yoga studio to me, it is an integral part of my daily routine; it is the core of an incredibly passionate community of fellow yogis I’ve become a part of and every single one of Sonic’s unique teachers has become a mentor to me by supporting and inspiring me on my own yoga journey. It would be very hard for me to imagine my life at this point without Sonic Yoga in it.
Sonic Yoga feels like a second home. Between the instructors, the staff, the clients, it is such a welcoming place. The classes are difficult, because they force you to push through boundaries physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They are open to whereever you may be at in your personal yoga practice, AND there is truly a class for everyone.
I love the atmosphere and the people that go there. Although there are very specific times that I can go, I’ve never had a bad teacher there. I’m never worried if there is a sub. I always know it will be a good class.
What I love most about Sonic are our master teachers. No matter where you are in your yoga journey, you’ll find a teacher to suit your skill set, energy, and mood. That’s why after more than 10 years of searching, it was a no-brainer to choose Sonic for my 200- and 300-hr. teacher trainings!
Sonic Style is a joyful expression of life! It’s about the dance between mind, body, and spirit. I feel at home at Sonic because I am free to express my natural energy, whatever it may be that day, without fear of judgment. And it’s always a spiritual up-lifter, too
